Retraité avec une toute petite pension, j'ai fait des économies pour acheter un téléviseur connecté plus cher que les autres, car je voulais ce petit Sony de 80 cm de diagonale et j'en suis ravi. Alors pourquoi seulement 4 étoiles, et bien parce que je ne peux pas établir de connexion entre lui et mon smartphone IOS (IPhone) et c'est bien dommage... A moins que je n'ai pas encore découvert comment faire ?

I cannot believe that this is a Sony TV, I have a KDL-40W2000 which has been a brilliant set which I bought in 2006. It is far better in many respects apart from the teletex storage. The KC-32W800 is slow in response times has a poor EPG which is slow and I cannot get the teletext to work.

Possédant déja une télévision SONY BRAVIA me donnant pleinement satisfaction, j'ai opté pour un modèle 32" pour équipé une chambre en bénéficiant d'une connexion wifi pour avoir les éléments identiques au salon. Installation et configuration simple et rapide. Une très belle qualité d'image . Seul petit bémol , le chargement au démarrage de la télé un peu long .

Good TV but complicated choices of picture setting

Bought this recently. Am still finding way round various picture and sound settings. Very complicated to make correct choice for best picture - lots of selections to make. Feel that picture is not as good as my previous 8 year old, inexpensive Hitachi TV was. Possibly because I still haven't found the correct adjustments. On the whole satisfied with TV.

Brilliant make

I needed a new 32” tv for my bedroom and there aren’t many makes that make that size. Fortunately for me Sony do and I have always had Sony TV’s for all rooms and I have not been disappointed. My last tv lasted 16 years so I hope this one does as well. Same quality as always and not expensive.

I found the initial installation over complicated and long winded. Trying to get the right colour balance was impossible. Despite trying every combination and even resetting it twice, the colours are either harsh and garish or dull. I will never buy a Sony TV again.

Poor sound reproduction

I bought this product about 10 days ago and whilst I am very happy with the picture I am extremely disappointed with the sound reproduction it is very muffled and we are constantly having to turn it up to hear what he's been said this is a very very very bad sign for this kind of product can you please sort this out out or give me some advice as to how this can be improved because at the moment it is simply unacceptable

Bought this at JL. 32” tv. Happy with the sound and picture quality but one major issue is we can’t get Freeview!!! Took it back to JL they tested it and said it was working for them? My husband is not happy as he would like to have been able to see the free ire channels. We have Sky in our home so not sure if this has anything to do with it?!! So not totally happy that we can’t get Freeview. Would love to understand why this is.

So far not so good.

I bought this set 17 days ago and it has been impossible to keep the digital freeview channels installed. This is very frustrating but when it is working I am very happy with the sound and picture quality. The remote has tiny buttons which we don't find user friendly, but above all unstable software is the main problem. We may request a replacement to prove that this is a faulty set.

This TV is okay, but I am disappointed Apple TV app is not available. Okay as a second TV, but avoid as a main TV. Having said above, quality of picture excellent as is sound. But my concern is it will become outdated too quickly. Can you not update operating system, Sony?

Good smart TV, do NOT buy this for USB HDD feature

The good stuff - picture is good, availability of apps is good, performance of tv/apps is good. Setup guides you through nicely, the Android interface parts work well. Simple process for signing in to your favourite streaming apps etc. The bad stuff - I deducted two full stars because the USB HDD Schedule recording feature is so bad it shouldn't exist. The EPG is right there, you would be on it to set a recording up, but then you have to MANUALLY PROGRAM ALL OF THE SCHEDULE DETAILS YOU WANT TO RECORD - like a video recorder from 30 years ago. All of the information you need is in the EPG, but no, you cannot select it and pass that information through to the Scheduler, you have to remember it all. My opinion, this feature is so bad it should be withdrawn, and not mentioned in any marketing. To be clear, this is software, it is entirely in the hands of the manufacturer to provide, they can even put it in an update, but it is not there, and no plans to include it.

Ist in Ordnung, nur bei Sendersuchlauf wird die vorhandene Senderliste gelöscht. Das Sortieren der Sender, ist zwar sehr leicht, aber zeitaufwendig, da man immer nur einen Sender bewegen kann. Bluetooth ist etwas zu schwach und störanfällig. Hier ist noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten viele verschiedene Anschlüsse. Das was man braucht. Leichte Bedienung. Leicht einzurichten und gute Menüführung.

Problem with network connection

There is a tendency for the TV to connect with a different network mast rather than the one that is closest, even after being reset. Find that I have to regularly reboot to get correct network, only to return to the distant mast when TV turned back on!

Slow to come on

A bit disappointing

Good picture and acceptable sound for a small TV. However, two issues: We use subtitles regularly but not all the time. If we turn subtitles off the tuner fails to update the programme information banner at the top of the screen on BBC1HD. During the following programme obsolete banner information appears repeatedly every minute or so and can only be stopped by switching to standby and back again to on. There is no menu to hide the banners. We had a replacement set and the first one had the same problem. Secondly to turn subtitles on or off means navigating a menu. Our previous Sony TV had a single button press on/off facility that was far more convenient.
