We are sorry to hear that you are having a tough time pairing your SA-SW3 subwoofer with your soundbar. That is definitely frustrating when you just want to get everything hooked up and bumping.

We recommend turning on both units, pressing the LINK button on the back of the subwoofer until the power light flashes green, and then using your soundbar remote to select the manual link option in the speaker settings menu.

Da du dich noch in der Testphase befindest, möchten wir dir einige Tipps zur optimalen Platzierung geben: Da der Subwoofer keine Richtcharakteristik aufweist, kannst du ihn flexibel im Raum aufstellen. Oft verstärkt eine Positionierung näher an einer Wand oder in einer Ecke die Basswahrnehmung deutlich.
Für einen optimalen Raumklang empfehlen wir dir zudem, im Einstellmenü deines kompatiblen Hauptgeräts die Entfernung des Subwoofers zu deiner Hörposition genau zu konfigurieren.

3. Locate the subwoofer and the soundbar as close as possible.
4. If there is a device nearby that generates electromagnetic waves, such as a wireless LAN or a microwave oven in use, locate the subwoofer and the soundbar apart from it.
5. If there is an obstacle between the subwoofer and the soundbar, move or remove it.

Plug your device back into a wall outlet and try again. Make sure that your speaker has enough ventilation.

If it still won't turn on, try a different wall outlet. If the issue still occurs, repair may be required.

We regret to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your SW3 subwoofer and that it is not powering on as expected. This is definitely not the buying experience that we want our customer to have and I can definitely see how this would be frustrating for you. We'd like to review your file to know more details as to what have been discussed when you called. There are few things that you can check moreover.

Check the power indicator on the subwoofer. If the power indicator on the subwoofer does not light, make sure the AC power cord (mains lead) of the subwoofer is connected properly. Press the power button of the subwoofer to turn on the power.

If the issue is still unresolved, the best course of action is to connect with our Product Support directly, so they can diagnose the issue and find the best method to help you. Please note we have a customer hotline that is happy to assist you and help troubleshoot any concerns you have and your wireless subwoofer has a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
