Overall I am very impressed with these headphones but unusually for a positive review, I'm going to start off with the faults. Firstly on the outside of the packaging / box it indicates that these are designed for Apple products (Mac and IOS) but in fact they are fully compatible with many bluetooth devices including Microsoft Windows and Android and secondly it doesn't explicitly say on the box that you need to use the QR code on the outside to access the instructions / user manual. Thirdly, when you unpack them you might feel a moment of dissappointment as they are very lightweight and don't give an immediate impression of quality. That's the end of the criticism. Once you have scanned the QR code and accessed the user manual, the instructions are easy to navigate and the headphones are straightforward to set up. I found the controls simple and intuitive to use and after charging the headphones, I paired them with my phone (Android), laptop (Windows 11) and Amazon Echo Dot (smart speaker); everything worked first time. I found the sound quality to be excellent 'out of the box' but you can download the Sony headphone app and use the equalizer to adjust the sound to your personal preference. I changed the ear bud tips to the larger size and found them to be very comfortable and secure in the ears. The headphones take around 3 hours to charge fully from completely empty and on the first couple of try-outs I got around 23 hours of playback each time - very close to the 25 hours specified. I had no problem withe range around the house and didn't experience any drop-outs. Overall I feel that you are getting a high quality product at a modest price point - they are very good value. If I had any suggestions for improvements (please take note Sony) it would be the following: 1. Make some simple corrections to the labelling / instructions on the product box 2. Include two small cable clips for securing the phones (to clothing) when wearing 3. Improve the look and feel of the headphones - the wires attaching the battery and control pods to the ear buds look rather unsubstantial - I feel the overall durability of the headphones could be improved without a significant weight / cost increase. All considered, having had them for about a month, I would definitely buy them again - Sony got all the important stuff right with these.

Ich benutze ihn für circa eine Woche und die Klangqualität ist sehr gut. Ich benutze Equalizer des Bass über die Sony Headphones App. Aber nicht vergessen, die App zu starten, während Sie die Kopfhörer benutzen. Die Kopfhörer sind leicht und fühlen sich nicht abgenutzt an.

I love that these in-ear headphones are connected with a neckband giving a good wireless connection without heavy/awkward earbuds, this also means they are less likely to get lost! Great battery life and sound quality. Very easy to connect with various devices.

Sunet de calitate. Destul de comode la purtat. Par ceea ce trebuie.

La qualité de son est tout à fait convaincante. Les oreillettes tiennent bien dans les oreilles. La tenue de la batterie semble correspondre aux données annoncées. Le seul bémol, c'est que le tour de cou a tendance à glisser quand on bouge, obligeant à le replacer régulièrement.

Bought these to use during my mountain bike rides as I cant use either my noise cancelling WH-1000XM4 or WF-1000XM3. I first opted for the cheaper WI-C200s but they turned out to really below the standard I expected from Sony, as the connection to my phone was terrible and I couldn’t listen to my music at all. Sent those back and got these and I’m now one happy bunny. Excellent product.

I was in hospital recently and these SONY WIRELESS EAR PHONES came in very handy. Great sound as you would expect from any Sony products I would not purchase any other make. I would recommend great buy.

I bought these a week ago because my others broke , I ABSOLUTELY love these ,what I love about them is when you have charged them and put them on they tell you they are fully charged ,the also tell you they are turned on and connected , and the same when you disconnect for youtube and when you power off it tells you they are off ,it also tells you how much power you have , they seem to hold power really well , I wasn't sure about having the wired ones but they are fine I don't have any issues ,if anything they are better for me ,I would drop my no wired ones all the time, I like that the ear buds are small they fit really well into my ears , I have found with others they are too big and hurt my ears these are truly perfect ,I'm thinking of buying a second pair for my son.. GREAT headphones I def recommend these headphones

These wireless earphones are very easy to use. The instructions contained with the product are not the best, but the Sony headphones app made set up simple. There are three different sized earbuds, so finding a suitable size for comfort and fit was easy. It was very easy to connect to my computer and mobile phone via bluetooth. The sound quality is extremely good for this type of earphone. I like a slightly enhanced bass, and was able to configure the equaliser on the headphones app to achieve the balance best for me. It is very easy to receive incoming mobile phone calls, and the quality of the sound was very good. The headphones are quick to charge via the supplied USB lead, and the charge lasts for at least 20 hours usage. All in all, a very good set of wireless headphones that are easy to use via the controls on the side, and comfortable to use for long periods of time, such as when watching a film.
