vielen Dank für dein Feedback zur Sony HT-A5000 Soundbar. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du Probleme mit dem Gerät hast. Wenn du kein Zurücksetzen über das Startmenü durchführen kannst, halte  (Ein/Aus) und – (Lautstärke) an der Lautsprechereinheit länger als 5 Sekunden gedrückt. - Unplug the soundbar from the power socket and let it sit unplugged for at least 2-3 hours.
- Ensure that all cables (power and HDMI) are connected securely.
- Disconnect any other HDMI devices connected to your TV and soundbar.

- Disconnect any external devices connected to the back of the TV and unplug the power cord from the mains and plug it in after 2 minutes.

- Use a new HDMI cable. You can also try switching the two ends of the cable. (If connected by HDMI)

We regret to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the soundbar. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the soundbar is up-to-date. Aside from adjust the volume of the speaker and subwoofer, you can also adjust the sound settings of the soundbar depending on your needs. Please note that the soundbar is only compatible with the designed rear speakers (SA-RS3S and SA-RS5). Using it with a different Bluetooth speaker is not supported.
