Vielen Dank, dass du dir die Zeit genommen hast, uns dein ausführliches Feedback zum NW-WS413 zu geben. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dein Hörerlebnis beim Schwimmen nicht den Erwartungen entspricht und du mit der Klangqualität unzufrieden bist.

Bitte beachte, dass der Kopfhörerbereich nicht wasserdicht ist, wodurch sich die Tonqualität des Walkman verschlechtern kann, wenn Wasser in das Innere der Kopfhörer gelangt. Sollte dies passieren, empfehlen wir, das Wasser sorgfältig zu entfernen und die Kopfhörer vor der nächsten Nutzung gründlich zu trocknen.
