I am so impressed with my new Sony X90K BRAVIA XR X 90K Fullray LED TV the sleek flush bezel designs in beautifully into my living room wall.The initial setup was very easy and self explanatory.I am so happy that Sony put some attention into creating a great remote with integrated google voice assistance quick access to amazon, netflix, YouTube and Disney+.The TV comes with Featured Streaming Services like Apple TV+, HBO, and peacock or you can easily download your favorite streaming app from the Google play store.The picture is so detailed and sharp the brightness is precisely balanced across the screen in a dark or brighten room you can see the intense contrast with deep blacks and high peak brightness with natural colors.with the xr motion clarity the picture is blurred free cinematic quality on action packed movies or fast-moving sports for the ultimate viewing experience.With the Acoustic Multi-Audio the sound quality is true and immersive the additional depth to the sound quality sounds amazing.With this tv you definitely can take your gaming to the next level i was able to easily pair my PlayStation 5 with my tv and with a hdmi 2.1 connection i got a super charged gaming experience it played flawlessly with no input lag.I can't wait for this year's football season i will be hosting the Super Bowl party at my house this year.

Great picture but has a high pitched whining noise

Iv had my tv for almost 30days. The picture and sound is great, especially on ps5. However over the 30 days it's developed a high pitched whine from the back when displaying bright images. I'm currently speaking to the sony help line so I'm hoping it can be sorted as the noise really ruins the experience of owning what I thought to be a high end tv.

VRR is broke. Customer service is a joke

They took it away to fix VRR flickering after 2 months reporting the issue. Came back exactly the same and TV was also very flimsy as if no fixings had been used inside the TV. Promised a result within one day. Received a call promising a call in a few days. Another week later still no call. I will now be starting a claim with the small claims courts. AVOID SONY PRODUCTS

I bought this TV in 2022 at Best Buy. I paid full price $1499 didn’t know about an open box but I am happy with the TV picture quality and sound. One thing you should know is that I compared it to my sound bar separately from the TV and I must say you don’t really need a sound bar unless you want to subwoofer sound quality is great I am happy with the product Sony has to offer I am in a always have been a Fan of Sony products Great TV ..

I'm a big Sony fan so it when it was time to buy a new TV I settled on this model. It has been a pain since the first day I brought it home. The bulk of my issues came from the Google integration and I don't think that's any fault of Sony. But now after just two years a bright green line has appeared running down the left side of the screen. I won't be replacing it with another Sony TV.

1- Check the source where the line is showing, whether it happens just while you are watching an external input, an app or also on the Home screen.
2- Perform a power reset on the TV, unplug it from the power and wait 2 min, verify if the line is still there.
3- Do a self diagnostic, you can go to settings > help and feedback > help > status and diagnostic > run self diagnostic
4- Make sure your TV is updated, going to settings > system > about > system software update > check for a new software update

Hello I bought this model 2 years ago on February 15 and I recently discovered that the display already has a lot of dark-grey spots inside the interor. It is still under warranty and I will urgently contact the Sony Romania service representative. I am disappointed because i use it in the normal standards 2-3 h each day and i was not expecting this from 2k eur sony tv.

Tv ul este exceptional, din pdvd al functiilor si imaginii. Insa atat timp cat nu se blocheaza si solicita scoatere din priza pt revenire. Am schimbat in garantie placa de baza, dar pare sa se tot blocheze, mai rar, dar tot... în curând iese din garantie și deja m-am resemnat...

Il am de 1 an. O problema care apare des este ca atunci cand vreau sa folosesc televizorul sa vad canalele normale de televiziune prin cablu nu merge. nu merge in modul respectiv. repornirea tv-ului nu rezolva problema. Trebuie scos din priza si repornit. Este foarte enervant cand vrei sa comuti de pe online gen netflix pe un meci, emisiune si nu merge. e o chestie simpla de soft dar tot nu merge. am citit inainte de achizitie de aceasta problema dar nu credeam ca se va intampla la mine. Daca treci peste asta nu am ce sa obiectez TV-ului.

Picture is great, but the TV locks up.......LOTS. the sound sometimes doesn't work, and it constantly make you reset your password. Thus is my 2nd because the 1st one broke with a green line through the pic after 2 months. Warrantied out, and this one locks up more then my windows 95 computer. Need to unplug it to reset it. Do not recommend a purchase.

Bun dar cu probleme de soft

Am cumparat acest produs acum un an. Calitatea imaginii si al sunetului este peste asteptari, insa softul lasa de dorit. Uneori se opreste (parca hiberneaza) intrand in meniu si nu mai raspunde la comenzile telecomandei nici la butoanele televizorului. Trebuie sa scoti din priza ca sa repornesti din nou ca sa se mai reincarce din nou sistemul de operare...Cu upgrade-urile primite online nu au reusit sa rezolve aceasta problema cei de la Sony

1A Bildqualität. Einfache intuitive Bedienung. Aber der Ton ist grausam. Es zischelt nur noch. Alles was mit F oder S Lauten ist, ist extrem übertrieben. Vor allem Frauenstimmen :(( . Alles probiert, Werkseinstellung, Normwerte ect. Dachte es liegt an meinem Sat-Empfang, aber nein auch bei der PS5 ist es teilweise schlimm. Und mit dem Equalizer ist es nicht weg zu bekommen. Selten ein Game oder ein TV Programm wo es nicht stört / nervt.

We've had this TV about a year. Until now I've been using Roku with it. I just discovered its own streaming capabilities. I now stream using the TV's phone system and have a much better picture. I highly recommend it.

Tv bricked after 18 months (14 months of use)

Tv no longer turns on and just flashes four red lights. Needs service per Sony but won't cover. Never had any devices plugged in, used lightly for 14 months (sat in box wrapped up for the first four waiting for a home reno to complete). Will never buy another Sony TV.

Au niveau de la qualité de la couleur des images et du son, rien à redire. Par contre il y a des bugs au niveau de certaines fonctionnalités à savoir: On ne peut choisir le satellite dans le menu pour son réglage et on ne sait pas quelle entrée choisir (main ou aux), lorsque on veut choisir l'icon TV pour visualiser les chaines de la parabole, il faut choisir d'abord l'icon "entrée" pour accéder à cet icon TV. Lorsqu'on allume la télé celle-ci se positionne toujours sur la mire (applis, chaines, films, séries) au lieu de se mettre sur la dernière chaine regardée. La mise en place des favoris n'est absolument pas intuitive (encore moins pour le satellite), il faut même la découvrir car elle n'est pas décrite dans la doc. Parfois un allumage intempestif. Le choix auto de l'ambiance sonore n'est pas forcément efficace

This TV offers so much I don’t know where to begin.. So many features and options to help you navigate through the tv.. I’m a Sony person my last and all my tvs are and have been made by Sony.. I’m still surfing through all the options on this television.. I feel like I’m in my pearsonal office as I tune into the television.. I can go on and on about the tv.. So in love with it I still have the original screen wrapping on it yes as I watch… The packing of this item was also packed at an all time high.. 5 stars and mega more for the packaging.. If you grew up with Sony as I did then trust me you’ll be very satisfied with such a purchase.I will also add the protection plans as well as an entertaining package such as sound bar speakers etc…I’m not a big gamer but a true Sony person knows if you get a PlayStation made by Sony then you get A Television made by Sony.. Absolutely love Sony from my sony walkman to all my Sony products.. Gaming watching browsing playing music from this television is awesome… Love it Love Sony forever I will choose hands down… Thank you Sony..

Bought this tv in 2022 from Best Buy they sold me a adjustable wall mount the tv is so big it creeps from wall when I went to push it back one hand at the bottom one at the top. The edge of the top screen cracked on the inside mess the picture up. Called bestbuy for service because they sold me the bestbuy total protection was told to me every thing was coved for two years not so when it’s a cracked screen because no parts so I was told to buy a new tv 2200.00 dollars down the drain because of minor handling. I will never buy from bestbuy ever again this whole process has got me very frustrated. From selling me a wall mount that should have never been used to a protection plan that don’t cover anything to a tv that is so fragile.

It's not easy forking over $2200 on a new XR85X90k. But after reaserching it I was excited to get it hooked up. It did look great and worked good. But 1 week after the warranty expired the main board went out and Sony told me to bad for you! It costed $700 to fix. but it gets worse. the tv is VERY VERY VERY VERY fragile the repair broke the screen lifting it back in place. now it is a giant paper weight! if the tv would have lasted longer like it should have none of would have even happened. Be warned hagning it with nowwhere to grab is dangerous!

Great picture on the tv, remote missing direct channel entery, no last channel recall, no signal strenght showing on channel entery, home screen hard to figure out and navigate. These are features found on even inexpensive tv's. When the tv is 1st turned on, it takes a bit untill the tv responds to commands. TV menu for antenna tv is very slow to load and some do not even show infomation about the channel at all however my other tv's in the house do, so I know the information is available. I does have a great picture, 1st tv I didn't even have to adjust at all. Color, contrast and brightness were fine. Would I buy this tv again, maybe, if I didn't get a black friday price on it for like $895.00 I would not buy it again mainly because of the annoying way you have to go through to change a channel. Way too many steps.

Bought and fitted on 01.02.24, tv had crack on top left of screen on install, vendor and Sony deny liability, no replacement screens available and Sony AEP options a dark mystery. Having been a Sony Bravia advocate for years I’m amazed at the fragile nature of these full array LED and the failure to provide a replacement/repair option.

Ich hatte mich Anfang 2023 für den X90K in 65 Zoll entschieden, weil ich den Fenrseher in einem hellen Wohnzimmer platziert habe. Ein Full Array LED Display kommt mit einem helleren Umfeld besser zurecht, als ein OLED, meiner Meinung nach. Knackig helles und scharfes Bild, bei allen Lichtverhältnissen! Toller Fernseher und stimmiges Gesamtpaket! Insbesondere bei Sportübertragungen überzeugt mich der X90K. Auch Dank der sehr guten Verbindungsmöglichkeiten ins Internet, stehen eine Vielzahl von Streamingsdiensten zur Verfügung. Ich kann diesen Fernseher absolut empfehlen. Auch die eingebauten Lautsprecher überzeugen mit einem guten Ton, wenngleich ich mir nun eine Soundbar zugelegt habe, die HT-A3000. Mit ihr will ich den Fernseher erweitern und ein bißchen mehr Heimkino- und Stadionatmosphäre herstellen. Zusammen mit der Soundbar soll ich den Fernseher als Center-Speaker koppeln können. Ich bin gespannt, wie das bei den Handballspielen unserer Nationanalmannschaft klingt! Ich werde nachberichten! :-)

I purchased this after owning several other Sony TVs. I had very high expectations. After about a month, I can say I haven't been disappointed. The sale price was almost too good to be true. Massive TV. Gorgeous picture. Loaded with features. Everything you expect from Sony. Google Android integrated menu system and apps makes using my phone so much easier. Very happy.

I bought this television approximately 6 months ago. I have had issues with the internet connecting. All of my Internet connecting products throughout the house do not have any issues. My television will periodically accept internet but on very rare occasions. It is always losing connection. When I called Sony to discuss they stated it was the internet's problem. When I called my internet company they told me it was Sony's issues that was causing the problem. I am stuck in the middle. I am not 100% happy with this product.

Imagine buna, dar lag in meniu, reflexii in ecran

Mult prea scump pentru calitatea oferita, e inacceptabil pentru un tv din categoria sa si la pretul de vanzare ca sa astepti cel putin 2 secunde sa schimbe 1 canal, sa se oglindeasca orice in ecran si telecomanda sa ia comenzi doar daca e orientata spre TV. Screen mirroring nu mai e suportat, iar google tv are o lista limitata de aplicatii, e mai mult marketing. Aveam alte asteptari de la un TV cu pretentii si pret pe masura. Singurul plus e imaginea si sunetul, pacat de acea oglindire in ecran care strica totul.

I bought my tv about a month ago, couldn't be more happy about it, had a angi member mount my tv and get it on, it is unbelievable the quality and picture, one of my buddies had told me about this tv and it was highly rated, I was trying to get a good deal for it and during Black Friday a sale came out I couldn't pass up. Very happy with my decision, highly recommend this tv to anyone looking for a solid 75" for any room.

Great picture long as it is fairly new.

Bought this for Christmas 2023. It has way to many settings on it, most you don't understand. It has a very good picture now after playing with it for almost three weeks. Still can't get the Bose soundbar to come on with the TV even though it is wired using audio cable. There are no directions that come with it. I probably gave the rating to much. The Google TV part is complicated to use. Tried to use our Roku on it but with no luck. Hope this will help someone else in their purchase. It would probably be a nicer TV if it was more user friendly.

We purchased this tv because of the size, refresh rate, and compatibility with the PlayStation 5, as well as a streaming device. Highly disappointed with the remote though. You spend a couple thousand dollars on a tv and the remote doesn’t light up? What the heck? I usually have to grab my phone( flashlight) or turn the lamp on (which isn’t what I want to do) Other than that we love the experience that it provides, we just wish you would follow through with the remote.

Installed this 3 months ago. Had one glitch in Google OS. SONY technical stayed with me. Repair under 2 hours with a download. Now it’s perfect. I almost did X95L. Glad I didn’t. Wonderful TV. We have a lot of light in this room. This is so bright. A 10
