Regarding the lip-syncing issue, try to play different channels and inputs to make sure that the issue happens with all contents and not only one source. If there are connected devices to the TV, make sure that all cables are connected securely. Then follow the steps here: https://cutt.ly/XrybzFht

We regret to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the TV. It's also unfortunate that those troubleshooting steps didn't resolve the issue. If you are using an HDMI device, make sure to use a Premium High Speed HDMI cable for optimum performance. You need a stable internet connection to stream live content such as Hulu® Live, Sling™ TV, or YouTube TV™ service, etc. At minimum, the internet download speed should be greater than 15Mbps for 4K streaming. Some companies recommend at least 25 Mbps.

If the issue happens with specific apps, clearing the cache and data may help resolve the issue:

-On the Home screen, navigate to the Gmail icon and select it.
-On the Google TV screen, go to Screen.
-Select Settings.
-Select Apps.
-Select See all apps.
-Scroll down to the app you want to clear data / clear cache.
-Select Clear Data or Clear Cache.
