    Resolving thumbnail/proxy video playback issues caused by the GPU driver in iGPU environments

    In iGPU environments, the GPU driver may cause thumbnail/proxy video playback issues in Catalyst Prepare/Browse.

    If this occurs, in Windows, holding down [Ctrl] + [1] when starting Catalyst may improve GPU driver operation.
    To restore the original state, hold down [Ctrl] + [2] when starting Catalyst.

    In macOS, holding down [Command] + [1] when starting Catalyst may improve GPU driver operation.
    To restore the original state, hold down [Command] + [2] when starting Catalyst.
