I am so glad that I purchased the A68. It is by far the best camera I have had. It's image quality (IQ) and focusing is absolutely amazing. I am a photography enthusiast that has a limited budget. The images I get from this camera are very good and highly praised by other photographers that I share them with in photography groups and clubs. It has an entry level price with some above entry level features. I love it because I can use vintage Minolta Maxxum Lenses and they work great. I cannot wait until I am able to purchase the Sony 16-50mm 2.8. The kit lens is good, but I have a used 18-70mm 3.5-5.6 that is razor tack sharp... Thank you Sony!

Im Aug 19 gekauft und ausgiebig getestet. Hatte zuvor die Alpha 55V und vergleiche die 68er mit dieser. Beim ersten Blick ist die Schnelligkeit und Treffsicherheit des AF hervor zu heben. Aber das war es schon. Am auffälligsten ist der schwache Sucher gegenüber der 55er. Sucherbild sehr gut, aber dann - das Kontrollbild ist unter aller Sau. Man ist jedesmal in der Versuchung, dass Foto neu aufzunehmen, da man denkt, es sei unscharf, was es aber nicht ist. Weiterhin die fehlende Wasserwaage. Eine einfache Technik ist dem Rotstift leider zum Opfer gefallen. Weiterhin die fehlende IR-Fernbedienungsmöglichkeit. Der Prozessor ist auch nicht der schnellste. Braucht manchmal mehrere Sekunden, um ein neues Bild zu machen, obwohl eine sehr schnelle Speicherkarte drin ist. Die Kamera ist extrem groß für die Ausstattungsmerkmale (Gehäusegröße der 77 ii). Objektivbefestigung aus Plastik - kurz und um, ich sehne mich nach meiner alten 55er zurück. Nochmal würde ich mir die 68er nicht kaufen! Habe ich auch nur gemacht, da die 55er am Ende der Auslöser stand und die Objektive nicht mehr zuverlässig die Kontakte der 55er berührten (Datenübertragung nicht immer zuverlässig).

I have this camera a few years now and it continually delivers with exceptional picture quality. It is very easy to use and the range of lens is phenomenal. The different functions are all carried over from the original SONY DSLR cameras so you do not need to relearn anything. Brilliant, exceptional and hard working camera.

When I started using Sony products, it was the Sony Xperia smartphone. I immediately fell in love with Sony phones and devices! From then, I started using all Sony products. When I got the Alpha camera, it was as I was reborn. The quality is superb! Photos are really sharp with warm colors. Focus works really fast on auto, but the manual is really pro. I would recommend this camera to professionals that are working with pictures and videos on a higher level.

Loved this APS-C camera - a bit dated now

The handling, build quality and ergonomics of this camera are really nice. The quality and build of A-mount lenses is generally very good to excellent; and now relatively cheap. I have recently upgraded to an A6500 because of the modern focussing capabilities and lightness but if you only want to take stationary objects this is a great option.

A very good camera for the money

Bought to replace a 58 which I give to my daughter as her 200 had just broken after much use. That came from me years ago. She has a business and uses a camera a lot. I am delighted with camera, so far, and as controls are pretty close to 58 easy to get on with. I also have a 500 as I want to keep a traditional slr as well.

I am very pleased with my new a68, it has opened up a whole new range of subjects for me, I am predominately a nature photographer, but this camera is letting me explore many more types of photography. It is perfectly happy to take nighttime wildlife shots and the next morning do macro on insects, the micro adjust feature lets me set my lenses up so I always get good sharp photos. I am still learning the capabilites it has, I can now confidently take low light portraits which I struggled with before, and the resolution with 24 meg is superb. This is a really great camera.

Problème compatibilité avec objectifs Sigma

Propriétaire d'un boîtier Konica Minolta DYNAX 5D vieillissant couplé à un zoom sigma F18-250 DC OS HSM F/Sony F3.5-6.3 (n°0085156880620) qui ont toujours remarquablement fonctionné, je l'ai remplacé par un boîtier plus récent de type A α68 avec le même capteur APS-C. J'ai été très désagréablement surpris découvrir que l'autofocus ce dernier dysfonctionne avec mon zoom sans qu'il n'y ait eu aucune mise en garde sur des problèmes de compatibilité. J'ai l'impression de m'être fait avoir et je regrette mon achat.

Très bon boitier, réactif et polyvalent Ergonomie excellente, peut sembler un peu gros pour les petites mains, mais rien de gênant L'écran du viseur est plutôt bon(venant d'un pentaprisme, c'était ma principale peur en passant sur viseur électronique). Il est réactif et fidèle à l'image perçue. Cependant, en cas de photos de nuit très sombre, il montre ses limites et affiche un écran noir. L'écran arrière est plutôt moyen, voire mauvais. Il fait le boulot pour les 3/4 des situations, mais affiche vite ses limites en utilisation avancée La montée en ISO est vraiment bonne pour un APS-C. Hormis en situation très difficile, le grain est très bien maitrisé par l'appareil L'autonomie me parait assez bonne. Je n'ai, en tout cas, jamais ressenti le besoin d'investir dans une seconde batterie jusqu'à présent Les principaux défauts : - Pas/peu d'accessoires, ce qui est très dommage. Oubliez la poignée verticale du A77 II ou autres accessoires, ils ne sont volontairement pas compatible - Pas beaucoup de choix en objectifs APS-C, Sony ayant abandonné sa gamme réflex pour tout miser sur ses hybrides. Donc, soit vous allez payer cher pour des objectifs full frame, soit vous pouvez chercher du côté d'autres marques produisant des objectifs pour monture A

Il s'agit d'un appareil moyen de gamme, inutile de lui demander des options olé-olé et d'en attendre des performances tip-top. Il fait bien son boulot. Quelques menus pas très intuitifs (comme pour utiliser le mode manuel en vidéo) et quelques boutons pas très bien placés mais il faut s'habituer à tout... Au final, ce n'est ni un foudre de guerre ni un tacot, juste un bon moyen de gamme.

I bought this camera to replace my Sony a580 so that I could continue to use my a mount lenses and this seemed the best option. The camera is very light and feels flimsy, but that is just me I expect. The view finder and display are not very good and hard to see in bright daylight. The shutter button is very sensitive and makes focusing difficult. It is very difficult to attach the camera strap and in the end I gave up and bought a different one. The few pictures I have taken are good in RAW. I have not used jpg settings. What really holds this camera to just three stars is the lack of a socket for a remote shutter release which means the timer has to be used instead which is not very satifactory.

My Sony DSLR was about twelve years old so I was thinking about replacing it. I was looking for a similar camera as I have several lenses. I enquired in a well known camera shop about what they recommended and was told that the A mount models were being discontinued but I could still get the A68. It is perfect. Very similar to my old one but a more modern spec and actually easier to use. Perfect.

I've had this for 10 days now and am pleased with the results so far. Have not experimented much with in depth features but was up and running withe basics very quickly. The results and details are excellent. Primarily bought to make use old Minolta AF9000 lenses and the worked perfectly. Obviously crop factor changes lenses capabilities but this is not a big issue for me. The camera hold easily in the hand and appears well built. Early days but so far so good.

THE 8 FRAMES PER SECOND CAME IN HANDY.THE CAMERA WAS MUCH QUIETER AND IT JUST FELT BETTER.THE REST OF MY 2 WEEKS MADE ME GLAD I UPGRADED TO THE A66.IM SURE MY PICTUIRES WILL BETTER

J'ai acheté le boitier il y a trois semaines et si je compare à l'ALpha 550, je suis déçu : Viseur 'réflex' : trop petit. Ecran arrière : trop petit Bague objectif : plastique Menu : confus Manuel : en dessous de tout même pour un Minoltiste/ Sonyste expérimenté. Je l'avais acheté pour "sauver" mes objectifs. Une erreur

I'm very pleased with the quality and resolution of my photos, as I am upgrading from an Alpha 57. I like the additional ways to save various camera settiings on the 3 additional points on the top settings dial, and programming the other buttons as well. The only thing I clearly don't like about the a68 is the fact that they removed the use of the wireless Remote Commander, that I use all the time on my A57. And I also miss the Level option in the LCD & the Viewwfinder, also available on the A57. I may have to purchase a 3rd party wired/wireless combo remote, a real inconvenience.

Nachdem ich einige Jahre mit meinem Smartphone Bilder gemacht habe, bin ich nun auf die Sony alpha 68 umgestiegen. Auch wenn man sich vorher schon Belichtung usw auseinander gesetzt hat, ist das natürlich nicht mit den Möglichkeiten der Kamera zu vergleichen. Man muss am Anfang ein wenig Zeit investieren um sich mit der Kamera und den Einstellungen vertraut zu machen. Aber dann kann man losziehen hat richtig Spaß mit der Sony. Sie liegt gut in der Hand, ist nicht zu schwer und liefert klasse Bilder. Ich bin total begeistert von der alpha 68 und kann sie nur empfehlen. Über die technische Ausstattung ist ja schon ausreichend geschrieben worden.

Suchte schon eine weile nach einer neuen Camera, wo das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt und sich auch in meiner Hand gut anfühlt. Viele Geräte sind sehr klein, viel zu leicht und Spielzeugmäßig gebaut. Bei der passt wirklich alles. Meine Frau will schnelle, gute Bilder machen und die Automatik macht da alles. Und meine Ansprüche werden auch mehr als erfüllt. Alle glücklich und so soll das sein. Einfach Perfekt

Leider musste ich einen neue Kamera kaufen, da bei dem Kartenleser ein Problem aufgetreten ist, welches eine zu teure Reparatur bedeutete und ich meine Linsen somit weiter verwenden kann. Ansonsten habe ich die Kamera schon viele Jahre und bin damit sehr zufrieden. Mache schöne und vor allem scharfe gute Fotos.

Die Kamera ist echt einfach zu bedienen und die Anleitung ist auch gut ausführlich und mit Bildern beschrieben. Auch die verschiedenen Einstellungen gefallen mir sehr gut. Was auch gut ist, das das Menü auf deutsch einzustellen ist. Auch alles sehr übersichtlich und mit sehr vielen Funktionen. Alles in allem wirklich zu empfehlen. Auch für Hobby Fotografen oder neu Starter sehr gut geeignet

Acheté sur Amazon, il va remplacer mon alpha 57. Forcément, il est plus évolué....mais la griffe flash change, la prise S2, les menus aussi. Ceci dit, il est très agréable et je suis heureux de cet achat. Par contre, la notice est beaucoup trop succincte. C'est décevant de ne même pas trouver un pdf complet pour ce boitier.

I have only had it for a week so am still learning. I upgraded from a sony A350. The A68 photos are a much better quality. All my old lenses can be used as can my old batteries. has better features than the A350. Manual is not good.

Habe die Kamera geschenkt bekommen und liebe es sie zu benutzen. Sehr umfänglich für die Preiskategorie. Ein paar Einschränkungen gibt es zwar z.B. fehlendes W-LAN aber für den Hobbyfotografen völlig ausreichend.

Superb autofocus, incredibly versatile and full of features such as lens micro adjust. Love the top display. I wasn't too sure about the EVF and screen resolutions but they are fine. Again the body size, but it's really good to hold.
