I have 4 of these original Sony batteries. I also use third party batteries too and they don't last as long as the Sony's. I can get between 400-500 shots with my A57 and A77. Save yourself the headache and spend the extra money on the Sony batteries.

I bought 2 extra batteries last May (2012) and one will only take a charge up to 56% and the other up to 34%. Very disappointing.

Ich habe den Akku gekauft, um unterwegs einen Ersatz zu haben, falls der erste Akku schlapp macht. Er ist selbstverständlich perfekt kompatibel zu meiner A77. Ich gehe davon aus, daß er als Originalzubehör lange seinen Dienst tut. Mit Nachbauten hatte ich bei meiner alten Kamera nämlich schon einige Probleme.

Im Netzt gibt es viele günstigere Angebote, leider sind es alles Nachbauten oder gute Fälschungen die man auf dem ersten Blick nicht ekennen kann, erst dann wenn man diese Akkus in der Kamera hat. Aus diesem Grund lieber Original Sony Akkus kaufen denn Original bleibt Original!

Hallo, habe wie viele andere wohl auch, im Internet nachgeschaut ob es auch günstiger geht, ja es geht günstiger, aber das was man da bekommt hat nichts mit diesem Akku gemein. Dieser ist Original, wird von der Kamera erkannt, das Ladegerät erkennt wenn Akku voll ist und schaltet ab, passt richtig in die Kamera. Nicht wie die ganzen nachbauten die es im Netz gibt.

Durchschnittliche Leistung an einer a77 II, aber unerlässlich. Der passende Batteriegriff und ein zweites Akku sind zb. für eine intensive Nutzung der Kamera Pflicht.

Not compatible with a55

The compatibility chart provided on this website lies. This battery does NOT fit a55 series of cameras, trust me I found out the hard way.. :( This is not a real product review, but more of a warning to others.

I purchased an Alpha 65 about a month ago. Amazing camera! Only drawback was this battery. The stats say it will only take 560 images on the LCD screen on a charge. This is bad for me, seeing as how I bought this camera to move into shooting weddings. Where you will be literally taking thousands of pictures. So I was kinda bummed thinking about how many extra batteries I would be buying. Well I shot a model shoot today for over an hour. Took 593 images and still had 93% battery left! Absolutely awesome! So I'm just saying that this battery will power through taking a heck of a lot more pictures than what Sony states. Hope this helps anyone on the fence of buying the camera or this battery!
