Habe das Objektiv jetzt ca. 4 Wochen. Mit meiner ILCE-7R2 sind auch bei schwierigen Lichtbedingungen die Bildergebnisse hervorragend, einfacher gesagt "unübertrefflich". Um die Brennweite auf den Faktor 2 zu verlängern, habe ich mir auch noch den Konverter SEL20TC gekauft, da ich der Produktbeschreibung von Sony geglaubt habe. Schon nach 3 Tagen ging der Konverter zurück zum Händler. Sony hat in seiner Produktbeschreibung behauptet, die Verwendung des Konverters SEL20TC in Verbindung mit diesem Objektiv hätte keine Leistungseinbußen in Sachen Bildqualität und Auflösung, zur Folge. Ich zitiere Sony: "Multipliziert die Brennweite des von dem 2fach-Telekonverter verwendeten Objektivs, ohne optische Leistung, Autofokus-Geschwindigkeit und Präzision oder Bedienung zu beeinträchtigen". Fazit: Mit dem Konverter SEL20TC erscheinen meine Fotos, wie es auch bei allen anderen handelsüblichen Tele-Konvertern typisch ist, mehr oder weniger stark unscharf und schwammig! Würde mich freuen, wenn Sony einfach bei der Produktbeschreibung, speziell jetzt für den Konverter SEL20TC mehr Realitätsbewusstsein entwickelt. Es ist ja in der Fotografie allgemein bekannt, dass bei der Verwendung von Telekonvertern, die Bildqualität beeinträchtigt wird. Objektiv mehr als super, aber bitte ohne Konverter!

Der Kauf war ein Tausch gegen ein Objektiv, dass von der Brennweite und Blende her identisch war. Bei dem Sony ist jedoch der Motor viel leiser! Auch die Haptik ist für mich angenehmer. Ich glaube auch das es noch um eine Nuance Schärfer in der Abbildung ist. Eine echte Kaufempfehlung. Was mich besonders angesprochen hat, war jedoch, das die Blende über die Kamera zu verstellen ist und nicht über einen Ring am Objektiv, wie es jetzt grade in Mode kommt. Das ist eine Verschlimmbesserung!

Nutze das Objektiv auf einer Alpha 7 III für Sportreportagen und Spielerportraits. Die 200 mm Brennweite reichen meist aus, um auf dem Spielfeld nahe genug ans Geschehen zu kommen. Die 70 mm sind perfekt für Spielerportraits. Die Lichtstärke sorgt selbst bei Flutlicht für sehr gute Ergebnisse. Da ich mit diesen Objektiv sehr zufrieden bin, habe ich mir noch das 200-600 mm besorgt.

Sony 70-200mm f2.8 gm-ii is definitely wonderful lens. I jabe covered two events and amazed by it’s output. I can ise the jpeg straight from the camera. Excellent quality. Cons- very expensive lens. Prpbably in future i will rethink again n again if i will go for sony or some third party lens to be honest. I am a big fan of sony, but budget matters!

I could have dished out the extra money to get the GM II, but I didn't feel it was necessary. This lens was great when I took it to the zoo on a family outing. I'm not the best photographer around (still learning), but this lens definitely exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this lens to anyone wanting a 70-200 zoom, especially paired with the 2x teleconverter.

Received it used it for a few shots. Great lens specs except for the weight. Nice pics but the weight of it is over 4lbs! Hard sell even at the cheaper price and nice picture results, the weight makes this V1 lens hard to travel witth. If you are on a budget and don’t mind the weight, this lens is good. I decided to go for the V2 since I plan to use this on multiple occasions and travel with it a lot.

Vor zwei Monaten habe ich das FE 70–200 mm f2.8 gekauft und und den Kauf bisher keinesfalls bereut! Das Objektiv tut seinen Dienst an einer Sony Alpha 7rV und das tut es ziemlich beeindruckend! Trotz seines höheren Gewichtes gegenüber der Version II, ist es in meinen Augen, was die Performance des Autofokus und vorallem die Bildqualität an so einer hoch auflösenden Kamera angeht, Immer noch über jeden Zweifel erhaben! Sport, Porträt, Natur und Street - alles kein Problem! Ich bin wirklich mehr als zufrieden! Top!

This lense I will easily say is a 5star lense of it's era. But if I were to say if it came out now in the same way, you can see it's aging. The quality and use of this lense is truly magnificent but it has 2 main quirks that have been addressed in the new model 2 that came out. #1 weight. This lense is heavy. You can use it as a Tonfa and beat your intruder with it. #2 speed. It is fast but after the 135gm came out the old motors just aren't the same. Aside from that it's an amazing lense that can get you results but if you are going to get a Sony a1 for 30fps this lense can't keep up with those frames.

Purchased this super lens from ffords in Scotland to try out against my F4 version, well the results are outstanding, yes its big and heavy but that's not a problem for me and i'm no spring chicken! Sold the F4. I would highly recommend this lens if you shoot action in dull lighting.

I bought this lens a few weeks ago to replace my f/4 70-200 and there's just so much to say about this lens. Probably the best piece of glass I've ever used. Its autofocus capabilities are insanely sharp especially when shooting video. I'm a sports photographer and videographer, so shooting fast-moving subjects is an essential part of my job. The autofocus is super quick, especially in low light. Don't even get me started on the bokeh!! it's extravagant. 10/10 lens for sure. The only reason that it isn't a perfect lens is its weight. It's low-key really heavy. paired with my α7III with the battery grip it's about 4-5lbs.

Nachdem das Nachfolgemodell auf den Markt kam, war ich nicht sicher für welches der beiden Objektive ich mich entscheiden sollte. Nach eingehendem Test habe ich mich für die Ursprungsvariante entschieden und habe das bis heute nicht bereut. Das Objektiv bezeichne ich immer noch als top. Das höhere Gewicht ist für mich kein Problem, der Geschwindigkeitsunterschied ist wahrnehmbar, ist aber mit Erfahrung gut zu handlen. Die optischen Leistungen inkl. Bokeh stehen für mich völlig außer Frage.

Ein 70-200er gehört ja quasi zur Standardausstattung. In Verbindung mit meiner a7RIII arbeitet dieses Objektiv hervorragend. Die Auflösung und Bildqualität sind spitze. Ich hatte es jetzt 3x für sportliche indoor Portrait-Shootings im Einsatz. Auf 200mm handgehalten gibt es natürlich immer etwas Spiel. Die Stabilisierung arbeitet dabei aber top. Bei über 600 Bildern lag ich mit dem Fokus nur 1x daneben. Mit f2.8 ergibt es auch eine sehr weiche und schöne Unschärfe. An einem kleinen Kamerabody wie der, der alpha7 ist das Objektiv schon recht wuchtig und schwer. Das wäre dann auch mein einziger Kritikpunkt.

Hätte gerne mit dem Objektiv gearbeitet, aber die bestellte Sony A1 ist nicht lieferbar und an meine bodies a77II mit Amount passt es ja nicht.

I purchased this lens recently and use it primarily for wildlife and birds in flight. In many cases, I have attached the 1.4 TC. Both with and without the teleconverter the lens produces extremely sharp photos on a consistent basis.

Die Qualität der Produkte, besonders dieses Objektiv beeindruckt mich. Die Bilder sind superscharf und dieses Objektiv hat eine besondere Lichtstärke. Für Portraits ein grandioses Bokeh. Ich habe wegen dem Preis lange gezögert, bin jetzt aber froh das ich mich für den Kauf entschieden habe. Das Objektiv mit der Sony 7RIV ist eine super Kombination. Ich denke das ich mich aufgrund der Qualität noch lange daran erfreuen kann.

Bin vom 100mm f2.8 gewechselt aufgrund des Zooms und der besseren Lichtstärke. Bislang bin ich sehr zufrieden mit vernachlässigten Einschränkungen im Autofokus, was wahrscheinlich das neue Modell noch besser beherrscht.

Habe wegen des Preises lange gezögert. Nun, da das Nachfolgemodell (FE 70–200 mm F2,8 GM OSS II) herausgekommen ist, war es etwas günstiger zu haben. Ich muss sagen, ich hätte es schon früher kaufen sollen: es entspricht voll und ganz meinen Erwartungen: Schärfe, Speed (für den Nicht-Profi-Bereich völlig OK), Handling und Haptik sind Top. Ein Wunsch bleibt noch offen: lackiert es endlich schwarz; lieber lass ich mich mit Nikon als mit Canon verwechseln. Wäre auch nicht so auffällig...

Je l’ai attendu plus d’un mois, objectif moderne et d’excellente facture. La perfection en terme de piqué, j’ai utilisé de nombreuses années le 70/200 f2.8 de Nikon en version monture F, parfait et indestructible, ce nouvel objectif de Sony place "la barrre" très très haut.
