Als Ergänzung unseres brandneuen Bravia OLED-Fernsehers und klanglichen Erweiterung des Fernsehtons erwarb ich die neue Soundbar HT A3000. Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme waren null problemo, auch dank des vollständig mitgelieferten Zubehörs. Durch die direkte Anbindung an den Fernseher erfolgt fast die komplette Steuerung und Bedienung über die Fernseh-Fernbedienung, sehr praktisch. Um es gleich vorweg zu nehmen, es gibt Licht und Schatten: Bei Musik und Hintergrundgeräuschen, Szenen und Melodieeinspielungen kann das Gerät seine Stärken stellenweise ausspielen: klanglich präsent, manchmal druckvoll und auch vom Frequenzumfang akzeptabel und schafft so eine klangvolle Raumakustik mit schwebender Atmosphäre. Die Wiedergabe des Fernsehtons allerdings, gerade bei leiser Toneinstellung, ist die Wiedergabequalität für meine Ohren enttäuschend. Insbesondere die Stimmen (Dialoge, Nachrichten, Reportagen) klingen entfernt, flach und leblos, ohne Tiefgang, ohne wohltuendes Timbre, einfach fremd. Diverse Einstellungen im Gerätemenü bringen keine Verbesserung in der Klangcharakteristik. Der Grund hierfür liegt in der fehlenden Einstellmöglichkeit des Tones nach eigenem Gehörempfinden, wie etwa am Fernsehgerät realisiert. Dabei wäre eine Abhilfe recht einfach: Entweder die Übernahme der Klangeinstellungen des Fernsehers, oder eine Loudnessfunktion zum Anheben von Bass- und Höhenfrequenzen bei niedriger Lautstärke, noch besser ein gerätespezifischer Equalizer mit 3 Eckfrequenzen (Tiefen-Mitten-Höhen), oder eine zusätzliche Einstellmöglichkeit in der Sony Music-Center App. Bitte, liebe Sony Entwicklung rüstet diese Soundbar mit einer wie auch immer gearteten Klangregelung aus, damit die Soundqualitäten voll zur Geltung kommen. Der Produktsupport hat mir hierzu leider wenig Hoffnung auf Nachbesserung gemacht. Ist das Einsatzgebiet dieses Gerätes doch meist in Verbindung mit einem modernen Fernseher zu sehen und gerade hier sollten die vollständigen Sound- und Effektmöglichkeiten ausgeschöpft werden. Mein Fazit: Insgesamt ist das Soundpotential dieses Soundriegels bei Musikeinspielungen absolut sicht- bzw. hörbar, im reinen Fernsehbetrieb allerdings führt die fehlende klangliche Feinabstimmung bei mir zur Abwertung, gehört doch in dieser Preisklasse eine individuelle Klangregelung (Equalizer) zum „guten Ton“ dazu!

Après des problèmes rencontrés avec la barre son théâtre bar 6 , je me suis réorienté sur la hta 3000 car ajout acoustique center et AirPlay iOS Apple …son bien sur sans caisson externe subwoofer moins bon , mais qualité de cette barre bien plus premium achetée avec un super prix d’où aussi de mon choix et évolutive par la suite si l’on veut , car après des réglages précis avec une tv Sony xr70 résultat satisfaisant. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi Sony n’a pas inclus dans l’application Sony BRAVIA alors que la hta moin qualitative l’est ! Maintenant a. Voir dans le temps pour la fiabilité.acoustique center pas extraordinaire mais tv ayant un super son d’origine

Concernant l'application Sony BRAVIA Connect, sachez que la HT-A3000 n'est pas compatible avec cette application, car elle appartient à la série HT-A précédente. L'application n'est disponible que pour les modèles BRAVIA Theatre plus récents de Sony, qui utilisent une plateforme logicielle différente. C'est la raison pour laquelle certains modèles plus récents, mais moins chers, prennent en charge l'application, contrairement au HT-A3000.

This unit was purchased to see what the benefits are in having a sound bar connected to a Sony TV. Was it worth the extra cost, well for films and entertainment it does give the video some depth and souinds great. There was surficient bass sound and setting up the unit was very pleasant and easy. A great unit to have available.

Excellent sound upgrade for my Bravia 43” TV. it is the same width as the TV and fits perfectly below the screen. Setup is simple especially if you already have a Bravia TV, once it is connected to WiFi updates can happen easily. Centre sync is great for even better sound using the speakers integrated in the Bravia screen. It also integrates perfectly with iPhone, iPad and Alexa to play music without needing the TV on. If I had a much larger TV then I would have got the larger Sound bar with upwards firing speakers but for my TV setup this is excellent.

In Verbindung mit den beiden Satelliten Lautsprechern SA-RS3S eine super Soundbar, die für mich vollkommen ausreichend ist und den 360 Grad Spatial Sound eindrucksvoll rüberbringt.. Manche brauchen vielleicht noch einen Subwoofer, damit es richtig laut wird. Für mich ist der Bass der Soundbar vollkommen ausreichend, tief genug und auch nicht zu hart im Sound.

Replaced an old incompatible Sonos soundbar when I replaced TV. Whilst the sound is OK it isn’t as good as the soundbar it replaced. I wish I had spent a bit more and got the next model up but was put off by the price. My mistake! There’s nothing wrong with it and for many it will be fine. I have just experienced better and am missing my old soundbar!

Great entry level soundbar

Bought this as an upgrade to my previous Sony soundbar. Setting the HT-A3000 up was so easy and been using for 2 weeks. The dialogue is so much clearer using the front speaker fearure which my TV supports. Also using the HDMI ARC input on the TV mean I now only need to use 1 remote control for the TV and sound. I find the built in subwoofer are okay for my requirements when streaming movies however you can purchase an external subwoofer and rear speakers as an optional extra for fully immersive surround sound.

Purchased the A3000 for our new Bravia 8 TV. The sound was rubbish, regardless of what settings we tried. Returned it after a week and upgraded to the Bravia Theatre Bar 8 (HT-A8000), which was easy to set up and works like a dream. Preferred design on A3000 - easier to dust and keep clean.

Poor reliability and appalling after care service.

Failed after a week of use. Still under warranty but too large too send back so left to me to make a 120 mile round trip to drop off at the nearest "repair" centre. Tried to contact them after 3 weeks of no news, when they finally answered the phone I was told they are closing the business and will not be repairing my soundbar and probably wouldn't be able to get it back to me either. Another 120 mile round trip to pick up, was told it needs a main board and so took it home. Out of action for a month now with no repair in sight. I will go with a decent brand next time.

Leider lässt sich die soundbar nicht über tv und Receiver gleichzeitig steuern. Schaltet sich mit dem tv aus aber nicht ein. Und über die Fernbedienung des Receiver geht nur die Lautstärkeeinstellung wenn man die soundbar vorher mit der eigenen Fernbedienung eingeschaltet hat.

Mein Wohnzimmer ist 440x400cm und dieses kleine Soundbar funktioniert tip top! Das Bass ist richtig gut und meiner Meinung nach kann man erstmal mit den Rücklautsprecher erweitern ohne Subwoofer. Ich habe auch ein Sony Bravia Fernseher X90L 55Zoll - S-Center Kanal funktioniert mega... 200% Kaufempfehlung zu Leute, die nicht krasse Bedarf hat beim Sound-Qualität. Mit diesem Soundbar kann man echt nichts falsch machen.

This is not the experience that we want you to have. This isn't normally the case with the HTA3000 soundbar. Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority.
For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the soundbar is up-to-date. You may find this link helpful:

If you are using cable connection, make sure that it is secured and connected properly. For Bluetooth, pair the soundbar again with the TV.
Resetting the soundbar may help resolve the issue:
1. Press HOME. The home menu appears on the TV screen.
2. Select [Setup] - [Advanced Settings] on the home menu.
3. Select [Resetting].
4. Select the menu item you want to reset.
5. Select [Start].
To cancel resetting
Select [Cancel] in step 5.
If it is stuck or you cannot perform resetting using the home menu:
Press and hold (power) and – (volume) on the bar speaker for more than 5 seconds.
The settings return to their initial status.
Note: By resetting, the link with the optional subwoofer and rear speakers may be lost. In this case, reconnect them by referring to their operating instructions.
If still not resolved, the soundbar requires service. Please contact our authorized service center (United Radio Service Inc.) for repair options:

Worked for a day and the audio stopped working. Trouble shooted it with Sony and they said it needs to be serviced. Told me it’s out of warranty so contact a repair guy or buy a replacement. Try to purchase a protection plan and the website keeps circling back on itself not even giving me the option. Think I’m done with Sony. When the rest of my Sony stuff stops working I’ll be switching to a different company. This is low quality. I expected better Sony.

I had rather high hopes, but was rather disappointed. The speech is less clear than the tv's own speakers. The bass is rather poor as well, I'd prefer less bass than poor bass. Overall it's a waste of money.

Regarding the bass, the subwoofer is designed for playback of bass or low-frequency sound. The Sony HT-A3000 is a bit bulky, but the material and built quality is good, the body of the soundbar is plastic with a metal grill on the front. I just connected A3000 to my Bravia 8 tv and just follow the instruction on the tv, The A3000 soundbar elevate the sound from tv especially for watching movies and when you use the centre speaker mode cable which use the tv speaker in combination with the soundbar for richer voice sound, but i think that you need a subwoofer to boost the bass because it is a little light on the soundbar even when i crank up the bass to the max on the A3000 with 250 watts and would be better with more power for more immersive sound when watching movies, I am happy with the Sony HT-A3000 ,but really need a subwoofer for better bass for explosive scenes in movies, so i would recommend this soundbar because it will upgrade the sound on any flat screen tv.

I purchased this product along with a TV of the same manufacture. The sound is great, and the unit works well with the TV. Initial setup appeared to be a bit complicated and one of the delivery guys spent an hour trying to get any sound from the TV to actually come through the soundbar itself. After defeat it was left in that state and later in the day, I switched the TV and soundbar on again and the sound just worked! They were connected by an HDMI cable and since then has continued to work every time except one may need to select the Sound Field option to on or off to get sound output after the TV has been turned off then on again at a later time or another day. I guess that is because I am using different set top boxes connected to the TV. Apart from the aforementioned niggles I would highly recommend this soundbar.

I have been very happy with the amazing sound from my A80K, but decided to expand my movie watching experience with a soundbar. Wow! Just wow! I went with a did-range option , the A-3000. I can’t believe the depth of the bass coming from this soundbar. It’s simply amazing what Sony can do. I’m impressed everytime I open a box woth a Sony item inside. This is no exception. Wenngleich die eingebauten Lautsprecher meines XR-65X90K für normales Fernsehen ein gutes Ergebnis abliefern, wollte ich mit einer Soundbar doch noch etwas mehr am guten Fernsehton herausholen. Mit der Sony HT-A 3000 habe ich die richtige Wahl getroffen und eine passende Ergänzung für den täglichen Fernsehkonsum gefunden. Insbesondere die Möglichkeit die Lautsprecher des XR-65X90K mit der Soundbar zu einem Centerspeaker zu verbinden, finde ich sehr gelungen und die Dialoge klingen wesentlich besser und vor allem auch viel verständlicher. Auch bereits ohne die zusätzliche Voice-Verbesserung sind die Dialoge nun endlich gut zu hören, was vorher nicht immer der Fall war. Ebenfalls gelungen findende die Einbindung der Einstellungsmöglichkeiten der HT-A 3000 in das Menü des Fernsehers. Der vorhandene Bass des Sony Soundriegels liefert meiner Meinung nach ebenfalls genügend Tiefen für den Fernsehabend. Für noch mehr Heimkinofeeling lässt sich mein fünf Jahre alter Sony Subwoofer leider nicht mit der HT-A 3000 koppeln. Dies liegt wohl daran, dass dieser Wireless-Subwoofer (100 Watt) mit 4 Ohm und die Soundbar mit 6 Ohm betrieben wird. Oder sehe ich das falsch? Mir ist es jedenfalls bisher nicht gelungen, diesen Subwoofer mit der HT-A 3000 zu verbinden. Trotzdem, ich bin wirklich sehr zufrieden mit meiner Wahl und vielleicht werde ich die Anlage noch mit dem im Zubehör angebotenen passenden Subwoofer ergänzen, wenn es mein Budget hergibt.

This Sony HT-A3000 is where it's at, especially with bass. This is my first dabble with a sound bar and wow. Sony is my go-to with electronic stuff and this does not disappoint. It mates perfectly with my Sony X90L. It also works with the TV acting as an additional speaker, and it all turns on together with one power button press. What I am mostly wowed with is the bass reproduction. I chose this one based on its low-end performance. In person I was blown away. The bass is rather good with a nice rich tone. Listening to music also does not disappoint, and bass can be adjusted to suit your liking. Midrange and treble are accurately reproduced and not smothered out from bass, even on max. It offers sound features like voice mode and night mode. There are other features I am unable to access due to best buy not including a remote but, my X90L offers some adjustments. It's also expandable. I plan to add the rear speakers with the up-firing drivers and a sub. Very happy with the purchase, I feel I will always have to have a sound bar. Absolutely love this Sony sound bar.

I bought a new Sony TV 55 inch, Soundbar and DVD player in December. The first soundbar didn’t link up with tv speakers and was obviously not as described by Sony. My retailer replaced it with a new one and everything worked as expected after the initial set up. Really happy with the new soundbar and TV…just a shame Sony didn’t get it right first time as I had to spend a lot of time on the Sony helpline and visits from the retailer to get it sorted.

Had this a couple of weeks now, paired with a Sony Brava XR-55A90J, which has pretty good sound for a modern TV, but the Sony HT-A3000 Sound Bar changes everything. Sub woofer and wireless rear speakers are availible, but in my 14ft x 16ft living room the Sound Bar alone more than does the job. So far I haven't needed to crank it up more than fifty percent, even for very exciting movies, or music and using the TV as a centre speaker, cable supplied, allows for incredibly clear dialog. While not the cheapest sound bar availible, this one is highly recomended .
