I already have a pair of the original WI-1000, so am putting my money where my mouth is. I mainly use these when walking in the city for exercise or when walking my dogs. The major plus point for me is the design where you can let one ear piece dangle if you want to be aware of the surroundings, have two dangling if you stop to talk to another doggy owner or lastly have both in your ear if you are travelling or want best sound quality. Much more convenient than ear pod devices where you run the risk of losing your kit. Sound quality is very good. Even with one ear piece in and background traffic noises, I can easily listen to pod casts or music. I haven’t traveled much since I got them, but noise cancelling seems good as does build quality and battery life. One minor observation, the design has changed from the mk1 version. There is no longer a rigid neck band which makes the device easier to fold and store, but on the downside you can no longer wrap the wire into the neck. The wire is now much thicker, which I assume will be hard wearing and may well be in response to the new design. Better sound quality devices might be available, but for sheer practicality, these take a bit of beating. Would highly recommend.

I bought. the original WI-1000mx From Sony which had better battery like and actually vibrated when you received a call, Those were defected and was separating from the metal neck piece. so I receive these WI-1000XM2 as a replacement within a couple of months I had connection issues the headset would randomly connect and disconnect from the headset but I thought maybe it was just software issues. Then the. headphones completely locked up and didn't or would connect to bluetooth period unless I put it on the charger for a couple of hours. The last straw now is that it started crackling and have a hissing sound in the left speakers when I called Sony they won't replace or exchange or give me a comp to get another pair. To be honest these headphones are 300 dollars they should last longer then one year... I am disappointed since I own two Sony over the HeadPhones the XM4 and XM2... I want to speak to rep.

Am cumpărat produsul acum o lună, la jumătate de preț fată de cel mai ieftin magazin de la noi. 700 cu transport inclus. La prețul acesta pot spune că merită. Se conectează la android instant, cam slăbuț pe muzică însă convorbiri, autonomie de f bună calitate.

Die Ergebnisse des 1000XM2 in Audiowiedergabequalität und dessen ANC befinden sich auf einem sehr hohen bzw. dem höchsten Niveau im In-Ear- Bereich. Das 2-Wege System in jedem der beiden Ohrhörer nutzt seine Fähigkeiten und liefert eine kristallklare, sehr detailreiche und wenn gewollt sehr kraftvolle Audiowiedergabe. Bei älteren Musiktiteln muss man allerdings die Tiefton- Einstellungen nach unten drosseln. Diese werden ansonsten sonst bei einigen Titeln unauber wiedergegeben, was aber nicht am Kopfhörer selbst liegen kann, sondern an alten Produktionen oder Standard in der Ton- und Aufnahmetechnik. Die Signalverarbeitung die der XM2 zu jeder Zeit vollbringt, ist für einen tragbares Audiogerät in dieser Größe schlichtweg beeindruckend.

I have had many different types of neckband earbuds and these are clearly a step above the rest. Premium sound, noise canceling, and works very well for calls. I’ve had Plantronics Voyager 6200, Backbeat Go 410 and Jabra Evolve 75E. While these are all good units, they just don’t quite meet the threshold for great noise cancellation.

Great build quality and lots of convenience factors make it a pleasure to use. (For ex., hit the off button briefly to check remaining battery life.) Excellent sound quality, perhaps a little deficient in the highs, which can be tweaked with the app. To improve telephone microphone quality, listen with the right earpiece and allow the left earpiece to hang over your chest with the microphone up (which is how it falls naturally). Microphone sound will be outstanding on the other end.

Bought them, took me 4 months, than left headset malfunctioned (not making a good contact inside i guess, interrupts randomly), i had a credit note for it after 2 service interventions. Overall sound quality is good but LOW, headsets are very unconfortable, call quality good though, battery decent, price very high for those features, honestly! i can see im not the only one who had issues with it!

Have been working really well for nine months until glue failure on right earpiece which invariably causes scratching when listening. Sony want me to send this back which is OK but the associated charges seem to be high for a product of this price. Would have expected diagnoses from the picture and then replacement / refund

Toller Musik-Kopfhörer, tolles Noise-Cancelling. Nackenbügel könnte für mein Gefühl noch sicherer (rundere Form, mehr "Klammerkraft") sitzen. Sprachqualität (Stimmpräsenz, Klarheit, Unemfindlichkeit gegenüber Kontaktgeräuschen) trotz separat platziertem Sprachmikro nicht ganz auf der Höhe mancher einfacher Strippen - vielleicht zu viel elektronische Geräuschunterdrückung?

Die Besten In-Ear Kopfhörer die ich jeh hatte ! Sehr geniales Produkt. Man nimmt von seiner Umwelt nicht mehr viel wahr. Toller ausgewogener Klang und satter Bass. Auch in Verbindung mit dem Sony Walkman "NW-WM1A" einfach Klasse !

I like the concept of the collar piece resting around the neck, with the ability to plug the earpieces in and out of the ear as and when one is ready to listen to music or sound. The soft rubber collar piece is comfortable to wear around the neck. I also like the ability to disconnect Bluetooth and listen through the directly connecting wire. This may be useful when the battery may be low. The sound quality on this device is also very good. The additional microphone for taking and making calls, makes this a very useful, multi-purpose headset.

Neben den Kopfhörern selbst habe ich noch diverses Zubehör erhalten. Darunter befinden sich 4 Paare von verschiedenen Silikon Aufsätzen und 3 Varianten aus Styropor. Da ist für jede Ohrform etwas dabei. Des Weiteren erhält man ein passendes USB-C Ladekabel und ein Verbindungs-/Klinkenkabel. Alles befindet sich in einer hochwertigen Box, in der man das Zubehör aufbewahren kann. Der qualitative erste Eindruck ist wie von Sony gewohnt, absolut überragend. Der gummierte Bügel ist das Element an dem die In-Ears über jeweils ein Kabel befestigt sind. Das ganze Konzept geht auf, auch wenn man bei Bewegung leichte Geräusche durch das Kabel wahrnimmt. Die Verbindung über Bluetooth mit meinen LG G6 Smartphone konnte schnell eingerichtet werden. Das Smartphone wird problemlos gefunden und bisher konnte ich noch keine Verbindungsabbrüche oder Störungen wahrnehmen. Die Soundqualität ist für In-Ears überragend. Die Bässe sind richtig satt und die Höhen kristallklar. So eine hervorragende Klangqualität kannte ich von In-Ears bisher noch nicht, das ist ein ganz neues Level. Es sind über die dazugehörige App (Sony | Headphones Connect) diverse detaillierte Einstellungen möglich, sodass man sich das Setup individuell konfigurieren kann. Die Kopfhörer können auch über die Alexa Sprachsteuerung bedient werden, was ich sehr löblich finde. Das integrierte Mikrofon kann natürlich auch als Freisprecheinrichtung genutzt werden. Das finde ich sehr nützlich vor allem beim Sport. Die Noise Cancelling Funktion ist auch überragend, mit diesen In-Ears schottet man sich akustisch komplett von der Außenwelt ab, wenn man es möchte. Das entsprechende Programm kann man dazu auswählen und die entsprechende Intensität einstellen. Man kann z.B. auch auswählen, dass die Außenwelt abgeschottet ist, aber Stimmen noch wahrgenommen werden. Das Aufladen mittels dem USB-C Kabel geht auch problemlos. Mit einer vollen Akkuladung kann man die Kopfhörer bis zu 10 Stunden nutzen, was ein sehr guter Wert ist. Die Kopfhörer sind zu 100 % zu empfehlen. Der Klang ist für IN-Ears qualitativ eine ganz neue Stufe. Die Kopfhörer sind angenehm zu Tragen, die verschiedenen Funktionen wie Noise Cancelling und co überzeugen alle. Der Preis ist vielleicht etwas hochgegriffen, wird sich aber mit der Zeit sicherlich anpassen. Von mir gibt es 5 Sterne.

Das Noise-Canceling ist gut. Fee Tragekomfort ok. Was gar nicht geht ist einen PC und ein iPhone parallel für beide Bluetooth Funktionen zu nutzen. Mit dem wesentlich günstigeren Jabra Elite 65e kann ich mein Notebook mit Telefoniefunktion und das iPhone verbinden, ohne aktiv die Verbindung wechseln zu müssen. Der Support ist eine Katastrophe. Googeln kann ich selber, dafür brauche ich den nicht.

Pour le son au top, bonne autonomie, réduction de bruit efficace ( mais jamais assez efficace de toute façon on en voudras toujours plus) mais surtout quelques soit le bruit extérieur ce qui est vraiment bien c'est que la musique lu n'est pas détérioré par la réduction de bruit Après je trouve dommage que le mode ambiant soit mal aboutit pourquoi s'arrête a une amplification 20 équivalent au son entendu a l'extérieur sans écouteur pourquoi ne pas mettre des balances pour diriger le sens ambiant que d'un côté (un peu comme quand on enlève un écouteur)et surtout pouvoir l'amplifier au même niveau que ça propre musique Ça permettrait de n'être vraiment plus obligé d'enlever un écouteur pour entendre une conversation car s'est soit mettre le son au minimum et son ambiant ou soit écouter la musique a niveau modérer et d'enlever un écouteur pour discuter avec quelqu'un dommage

Ich habe vor kurzem Sony wi 1000xm ausprobiert. Sound ist mehr als Perfekt, gibt so ein Gefühl, dass man bei der Konzert dabei ist. Wenn man Live Konzerte hört. Tiefe Bässe, satte Tiefen. Mit zwei Treiber ist natürlich ganz anderes Musik Gefühl, es ist einfach nicht beschrieben, dass Musik in einem Ohr schon stereo klingt. Gute Verarbeitung, praktische Ohrenstöpsel in Silikon und Polypropylen. Etui finde ich klasse. Kopfhörer sitzen gut nach 5 Stunden ohne Schmerzen. App ist auch genial. Alle Einstellungen kann man über App machen. Minus ist das, auf die Straße mit Geräuschunterdrückung hört man sogar die Autos nicht. Ansonsten gut zu Empfehlen!

Les basses sont très présentes et agréables et rien de manque dans l'ensemble du spectre. La première connexion Bluetooth s'est très bien passée, mais j'ai eu après un peu de difficultés pour passer à la seconde, j'ai du revenir à la configuration usine (ce qui se fait très facilement).

Ich habe vor kurzem neue headphones. Ich habe zuerst gedacht wo ist das Unterschied zwischen normalen headphones und Xm2. 2 Treiber machen seine Sache. Bei Live Konzerten gibt so ein Gefühl, das man debei ist. Bässe sind dann irgendwo vorne und Höhen ganz hinten, toll wirklich super. Wenn man richtige Ohrenstöpsel (Gummis) findet dann hört man von draußen gar nichts + Geräuschminimirung. Man kann Musik richtig genießen. Minus ist auch dass man von draußen gar nichts hört. Kann auf die Straße gefährlich werden. Sonst ist alles perfekt. Verarbeitung, Etui, und vor allem Sound, Sound, Sound. App ist auch toll viele Einstellungen kann man über App machen

Ich habe die Kopfhörer vor ein paar Tagen bekommen und sie sofort auf Herz und Nieren getestet. Der erste Eindruck, hochwertige Verarbeitung mit einer Menge Zubehör wie Kabel, Hard Case und 14 Ohrenstöpsel zum optimalen Anpassen an jede Ohrengröße. Ausgestattet sind die Kopfhörer mit Hi-res Audio, Bluetooth, Wireless, Noise Canceling, Google Assistant sowie Alexa built-in. Der Klang ist ein Erlebnis und mit der Sony Software auf dem Handy oder DAT Player lassen sich die Kopfhörer optimal auf jedes Klangerlebnis einstellen. Mit den Kopfhörer lassen sich somit auch 360 Grad Klang erzeugen. Die Akku Laufzeit von 10 Std. ist völlig ausreichend. Die Handhabung ist sehr einfach und wer ein Endgerät mit NFC besitzt kann die Anpassung der Kopfhörer voll automatisch machen. Die Sprache der Kopfhörer ist auch einstellbar. Der tragekomfort ist ebenfalls sehr gut und stört auch nicht beim Laufen und Radfahren. Das Fazit die Kopfhörer sind ihr Geld auf jeden Fall wert.

Venant du WI-1000X, j'étais vraiment impatient de recevoir ces produits. Je prend généralement des tours de cou car le risque de perdre mon kit est plus faible et je bénéficie ainsi de plus d'autonomie. Il manquait en faite uniquement la partie HI-RES sur mon ancien produits. Cette nouvelle paire est vraiment très belle à la 1ère impressions. Le contenu est hyper complet. La réduction de bruit active est plus efficace également dessus par rapport à l'ancien modèle. On est très proche (sinon identique) du modèle à arceaux. Quant à la qualité sonore c'est le MUST. J'ai jamais entendu mieux. Avec des basses - en veux tu en voilà - des mediums très équilibrés.... Franchement c'est un sans fautes. Pour l'autonomie, j'ai pu conserver une charge pour une journée complète en le gardant sur moi dans les transports et au boulot. Je penche plutôt vers 9H-11H d'autonomie. Sinon 4-5 jours si on ne l'utilise que dans les transports pendant 45 min. On peut la coupler avec l'application Headphone Connect de Sony pour profiter d'un son 360 (avec les applications sonores). On peut également y configurer pas mal de choses (certaines discutables comme la prise en compte pression atmosphérique). En faite... Je n'ai pas grand chose à lui reprocher. Je trouve que l'ensemble repose la qualité. Et la qualité sonore est vraiment au top. Je note le gain qualité par rapport à mon ancien modèle. Du coup pour moi ça aurait été un must.... à un détail prêt. C'est la repartition du poids. Sur le coté gauche, les boutons de l'oreillete pèse un peu, et ça se ressent. C'est peut être 10g, mais sur une oreille, ça se sent. Bon, on s'habitue au poids, mais l'ancien modèle n'avait pas de sous. Le second coté perdu, et que sur l'ancien modèle on pouvait ranger les cables des oreillettes le long du kit. Par contre sur ce modèle on reçoit une pochette. En conclusion, on est vraiment proche de la perfection. En tour de cou il n'ya pas mieux... et il conviendra parfaitement pour ceux qui n'adhère pas encore aux écouteurs dissociés.

The earphones sound quality is one of the best I’ve heard & with the 360 reality audio the sound really does sound like nothing else I’ve have experienced with earphones, they really do brings the music to life and the noise cancelling really works well as i live close to a airport. The app has animated features showing how your listening to the music so it can give you the best sound from sitting to running or in a busy street When wearing the earphones they feel very comfortable & light with a number of ear buds for that perfect fit I tried them while i was running on the treadmill & they stayed in my ear & the neckband didn’t feel uncomfortable at all as it’s very light & you’ll probably won’t even notice it after a few minutes Overall i would probably say these are the best earphones i have ever used & will definitely recommend these

The WI-1000XM2 by Sony has a feel of quality about it straight out of the box. Looks are refined and set up is easy, also blue tooth is simple to connect with your device. Easy to use controls are accesible when wearing around your neck and I absolutely love it, product is so light to wear and comfortable in use. Sound quality is second to none, just what you would expect from Sony. Noise cancelling mode is very good and works well. Would recommend to anyone who requires a quality product of this type.

I have had these for a short time now and have been very happy with them. I did wonder about the two parts that sit on the shoulders but I have found them to be very comfortable. The build quality is very good and I like the additional ear pieces that come with the headphones. I used these with my mobile phone through Bluetooth and found the range was excellent. I started by leaving my phone in the living room then went out to the hall then into the kitchen with no loss of signal so I then went out to the garden with no loss of signal. It was only when I went into the garden shed that the signal started to break up so the range is really good. I like the carrying case that is supplied so they can be transported easily. Setting up the headphones was very easy once the Sony headphone app was downloaded. The noise cancelling feature is excellent as I was using them my wife started to speak to me but I couldn't hear a word she was saying. The background noise is suppressed very well. Overall I am very satisfied with these headphones and would recommend them as my daughter has a set by another manufacturer but they cost more than double the cost of the Sony set.

Absolutely love the design of these headphones. They sit comfortably around the neck and I've had no issues with the buds falling out of my ears. Pairing with my phone was a breeze and the Sony headphone app is easy to use with the ability to modify sound settings from within. They have been able to handle pretty much everything i have thrown at them although some music i listen to (Metal) sounded a little muffled compared to my WF-1000XM3 headphones (listening to the same tracks) All in all i love the fact that they rest around the neck so at least if the buds did fall out your safe in the knowledge that you will not lose them unlike the other headphones i have mentioned. If i was looking for some new headphones i would be very happy with these although at this price point i don't feel they are anything special. My other sony headphones seem more capable than these and some what cheaper.

Très très bon produit avec surtout ces points positifs : En premier la réduction de bruit qui immerge complètement dans sa musique : le top !! Poids très léger et étui vraiment très bien étudié en format super adapté aux déplacements. Matière du tour de cou très agréable et confortable. Le nombre d'embouts permet de vraiment trouver la bonne taille. Connexion Bluetooth très facile à utiliser Son vraiment génial avec une vrai réduction des bruits extérieurs. On parvient vraiment à "s'isoler dans sa musique" !!! Réglages avec l'application Version Android vraiment efficaces et complet . Les différents modes de réglage "Arrêt" "marche" etc. sont vraiment un réel plus. Autonomie vraiment extraordinaire. Prise de charge en type C vraiment une bonne chose car identique à mon téléphone Samsung. Assistant Google ne fonctionne pas lors d'un appui long sur le bouton du milieu (voir photo). MOINS : Embouts confort inutilisables pour moi, trop volumineux, ils seraient bien dans une matière identique à des bouchons d'oreilles type boules "quiès". NFC difficile à declencher car zone de contact trop faible peut-être ? Il faudrait mieux différencier le dessus de l'étui pour éviter de l'ouvrir à l'envers. L'étui ne reste pas à plat lorsqu'il est ouvert avec les accessoires dans le filet (voir photo)

Der Sound dieser Kopfhörer ist tadellos und mit der üppigen Anzahl von mitgelieferten Aufsetzen konnte auch ich eine perfekte Verbindung mit meinen Ohren herstellen. Er ist ebenfalls gut ausbalanciert, und nicht zu leicht und auch nicht zu schwer, fühlt sich also genau richtig an. Besonders schön finde ich die NFC Funktion. Ich habe einige Sony Geräte Zuhause und konnte alle problemlos, nur durch kurze Berührung miteinander, verbinden. Das Design und die Haptik des Gerätes ist wie erwartet ganz Sonylike, also sehr gut. Die Oberfläche hat was samtiges, Mega schick und ein echter Handschmeichler. Mit dem Kopfhörer kommt auch ein Transportcase in Retrooptik und ca. so groß wie ein Brillencase. Ich persönlich benutze das aber nur Zuhause zum ablegen, unterwegs lasse ich die Hörer eh immer um. Die Lautstärkeregler haben einen feinen Druckpunkt und lassen sich intuitiv bedienen. Ich bin mit diesen Kopfhörern absolut zufrieden und kann sie mehr als nur empfehlen.

Also ich bin begeistert ! Die Inbetriebnahme war völlig unproblematisch. Sony Headphone - App installiert und man wird durch die Installation geführt. Nach wenigen Minuten kommuniziert das Gerät in der gewünschten Sprache mit dem Besitzer. Zuerst habe ich die Rauschunterdrückung getestet und war begeistert. Die Geräusche der viel befahrenen Straße neben der ich spazierte sind nicht mehr zu hören. Es gibt hier, wie auch beim Klang, sehr viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten so das ich denke das alle eine Einstellung finden, die ihren Hörgewohnheiten entspricht. Ich empfehle unbedingt die auf der Sony Homepage verfügbaren Anleitungen für Kopfhörer und APP durchzulesen um alle Möglichkeiten optimal ausschöpfen zu können. Ich bin mit dem Klang sehr zufrieden, nutze hauptsächlich DSEE HX. Wenn ich mal mehr Bass möchte nutze ich den Equalizer der App. Die Bluetooth Verbindung ist stabil, ich hatte bisher keinerlei Unterbrechungen. Die Kopfhörer lassen sich gut tragen,sind sehr leicht und auch nach längerem tragen weder am Hals noch in den Ohren unangenehm. Die Akku hält wie versprochen mindestens 10 Stunden. Einzig das Ladekabel ist etwas kurz, passt aber dafür perfekt mit den anderen Kabeln in das Case das für die Aufbewahrung mitgeliefert wird. Meine Erwartungen hat Sony mit WI-1000XM2 voll erfüllt.
